Simlands Consulting was born out of a stark necessity. Retail buyers and interstate investors were continually being marginalized by a display village ecosystem designed to favor the developer heavily.

We launched with a singular premise: to level the playing field. By pooling deep architectural, legal, and financial expertise into a single advisory firm, we shifted the power dynamic back to the purchaser. While our business operations predominantly focus on Victoria and the Greater Melbourne area, our established industry resources enable us to secure premium assets across multiple Australian states.
